Are you a sleep deprived mom? Are you constantly sick? Are you plagued by brain fog? You’re not alone! A lot of moms have a hard time feeling like themselves after pregnancy. Pregnancy will leave you with specific deficiencies that usually go unaddressed. They will cause familiar symptoms like persistent fatigue, a hazy memory, mood swings, being susceptible to every flu, insomnia, anxiety, an inability to lose the baby weight etc. In this 3-part course we’ll focus on how to become a healthy mama. With a step by step approach we’ll start by improving your sleep, eating specifically for your postnatal needs and caring for your changed brain with easy to implement tips.
