Studio Anna Mora is a high-end Pilates and movement studio in the centre of Amsterdam.
As a mother it can be challenging to exercise on a regular basis. We guide you to train in a very targeted, yet mindful way. From experience we realise and know that taking some time for yourself, reconnecting with your body and mind, is crucial. During your training time at our studio you can experience that much needed "me-time", and be certain that your training is safe and time-effective.
We specialise in Pre- and Postnatal Pilates, recovery programs and offer a variety of Pilates classes. Our classes are suitable for all ages and levels of experience.
Our Reformer classes will take your understanding of Pilates to a whole new level. This will resonate in your experience of mat classes as well and benefit the overall understanding of your body.
All private or semi-private (2 to 4 students) training includes the use of Pilates Reformers, Cadillac, Wunda chair , Barrel or props, offering you a wide range of exercises and personalised approach.
Our trainers are highly skilled and all have relevant backgrounds, like physiotherapy, shiatsu and dance. They have a deep understanding of the human body, and are continuously working to expand their knowledge and expertise.
Besides Pilates our group classes we offer barre/ballet work outs, Essentrics, TRX, Body Burn and Jumping Fitness.
